Payment is due upon completion of the move. Prices are based on the quote provided and may vary due to additional services or unforeseen circumstances. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may incur a $50 fee. Refunds are not available for completed services but may be considered for cancellations under exceptional circumstances.
MoveEasy Relocation is not liable for damage to items caused by improper packing by the customer or pre-existing conditions. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings but cannot guarantee outcomes for fragile or high-value items without prior notice.
